 Day 1 : Sapa – Laochai – TaVan village ( 4hours trekking, 14 km, 2 villages. )

 06:00 – Arrive at Lao Cai train station. Welcome by your local guide and driver. Transfer to your Sapa for breakfast & relax. Take a jeep ride for the first part and go down hill to the valley.  Day 2 :Sapa – Mantra – TaPhin village ( 4hours trekking, 2 villages. )

 Take a jeep ride 5 km to the North East of Sapa. From here, take off jeep to visit Matra village of the H’mong people. After this village, do a 4-hour trek through the mountain and reach Taphin village – a handy craft traditional village of 2 different minorities: the Red Dzao and the Black H’mong. Mountains surround the village and the landscapes are beautiful. Have picnic lunch at village. In the afternoon, the jeep wait for you and take you back to Sapa. Overnight at hotel.

 Day 3: Sapa -Laocai – Hanoi

 Free to explore the town, go to the market by yourself. In the afternoon, take car to Laocai Station for the night train toHanoi(air-con. berth).

 Day 2 : Laocai -Sapa – Laochai – Tavan Village

Picked up at Laocai Station early in the morning by our bus. Arrive at Sapa round 8:00 AM; Breakfast start at 10h30am to get to Laochai village. Enjoy the overall pictures of the villages among terraces. Visit the H’mong living in wooden and bamboo houses. Continue going to Tavan village to visit the Dzay minority. Stay the night in Tavan village at a Dzay family. Picnic lunch on the way and dinner at the home-stay.

 Day 3 : TaVan -GiangTaChai ( 5 hours trekking, 14 km, 2 villages.)

 Get up early in the morning to enjoy the daily life of the ethnic minorities in the village. Breakfast; take the road to GiangTaChai village of the Red Dzao minority via the paths between terraces and through bamboo forests. Visit silver waterfall and suspensionRattanBridge, visit the people in the village and then crossMuongHoaRiverup to the mountain to visit the last village of the trek – Supan village of the H’mong. Get back to Sapa by jeep. On the way back, enjoy visiting the ancient stone circle where stones are decorated with ancient carvings. Check in hotel.

 Day 4 : Catcat – Laocai – Hanoi. ( Overnight on the train )

 Breakfast, visit village of the black H’mong (Catcat), walk around visiting people in the village and the hydroelectric power station built by the French in the old days. Back town have lunch and check out hotel, free to explore the town until take bus to get to Laocai Station for the night train back toHanoi.

Day 1 : Departure

 Day 2 : Sapa free

 Picked up at Laocai Station by bus to Sapa (round 8.30 AM). Check in hotel & breakfast. Free to explore the town.

 Day 3 : Sapa Town – Seo Trung Ho Village ( Overnight at the village ) 17 km by jeep, 18 km trekking , round 6.5 hours of trekking. ( B, L, D)

 Breakfast at the hotel, take a jeep ride along MuongHoa valley to visit theRattanBridge, silver waterfall, the first village of the Red Dzao people (GiangTa Chai village). Do a trek round 6 – 7 hours through the forests up and down in Fanxipan range then reach Seo Trung Ho village of the Red Dzao. This is an almost untouched village and there are very few tourists getting here. In here, there is a chance to enjoy a most beautiful waterfall in Sapa, which comes from a height of about 70 m. Stay overnight in this village with a Dzao family.

 Day 4: SeoTrung Ho – Ta Trung Ho – BanHo Village ( Overnight at the village ) 17 km trekking in the forests. ( B, L, D)

 Have breakfast with the family, start climbing up to the mountain for another untouched village: Ta Trung Ho village located at about 1450m above the sea level. Picnic lunch at the village and then descend BanHo village to visit a different minority: The Tay people who have houses on stilts. Stay the night at Ban Ho village in a house on stilts. Have dinner with the family.

 Day 5 : Ban Ho Village – Sapa – Laocai 10 km of walking, 23 km by jeep. ( B, L, D)

 Break fast at BanHo, Go for a walk to a waterfall called Lavie which was discovered and named by the French in the past. Say goodbye to BanHo and the family to get up to Supan village where to take jeep back to Sapa. Have hot shower at the hotel and then take bus to Laocai Station for the night train toHanoi.

 Day 2 : Arrival Laocai – Bacha – Cancau market (Saturday) ( B, L, D )

 CanCau – BacHa: Picked up at Laocai Train Station to transfer to CanCau market. It takes more than 2 hours to get to CanCau – a small market situated in a valley surrounded by mountains and only 7 km fromChina. The market deeply shows the typical cultural features of the minorities in remote mountainous areas inVietnam. Further more, you can enjoy seeing boys and girls in colourful costumes – different colours of the mountains. They attend the market in the hope of finding “the other halves of their lifves” and this is also the time for them to chat, to exchange everything among different ethnic peoples through cups of wine sold in the market. Say goodbye to the market and transfer to BacHa. On the way, spend time visiting a village of the Flower H’mong and then check in hotel in BacHa. Free to explore the town. Lunch in CanCau or in BacHa and dinner in BacHa.

 Day 3 (Sunday) : Visit Bacha market – Sapa ( B, L, D )

 A walk to BacHa market. Visit one village and an old building called The H’mong king’s house. Breakfast and the beginning of the day on which you visit a big market filled with many different hill-tribe peoples. This is the most colourful market inNorth Vietnam. At the market, you have chance to enjoy BacHa people’s simple but unique kinds of food with special wines made from rice, cassavas, corn and different sorts of fruits such as plumps, apples, peaches… talking to the minorities through the guide’s interpretation. Leave the market for the H’mong King’s house (King Hoang A Tuong) built by the French colonists and the Chinese in 1920. Return the town for lunch. In the afternoon, spend time visiting another village (BanPho village) Say good bye to BacHa and get back to Sapa. On the way back, drop in to see the Vietnamese and Chinese Harbour Mouth in LaoCai. Reach Sapa late in the afternoon. Check in hotel in Sapa.

 Day 4 : Visit Sapa ( B, L, D ) Night train to Hanoi ( 4 hours trekking, 12 km, 2 villages)

 Breakfast, check out hotel at 10:00 AM. Get downhill by jeep to the valley then walk for 3 villages of the Black H’mong and the Dzay people. Lunch at a Dzay family. Get up to the road for a jeep back to Sapa. Then take bus to LaoCai Station for the night train toHanoi. Dinner on the train.

Day 1 : Laocai -Sapa ( 1600m ) – Camp 1 ( 2200m ) (B, L, D)

 Picked up at Laocai Station by bus to Sapa (round 8.30 AM). Breakfast and start the trip to conquer the roof ofVietnamandIndochina- Fansipan peak. At about 9h30 AM, take bus to the highest pass inVietnam-TramTonPasslocated at 2100m above the sea level (17 km by bus). Visit Silver waterfall before reaching the pass. Spend your time enjoying marvelous nature and then start the strenuous trek to the peak. After roughly 6 hours through the primitive rain jungles, many small streams and bamboo forests… You will have managed to reach a top of 2200m and at this point, make tents, prepare for dinner and spend the first night in the mountain.

 Day 2 : Camp 1 to the Summet of Fansipan ( 3143m ) (B, L, D)

 Breakfast at the camp and then continue climbing to the summit by way of pine and yellow bamboo forests. After 4 hours, you will successfully conquer the roof ofVietnam. Spend 1/2 or 1 hour enjoying the splendid landscapes from around the mountain, at this virginal roof of Vietnam and Indochina is a specious chance for you to enjoy watching the surroundings: to the North-West is small village areas belonging to Laichau province, the splendid rolling mountains; to the North East is the overall picture of Sapa town which is only seen from here . Have lunch and then return down to the same point for 2nd night in the mountain. Dinner at the tents.

 Day 3 : Camp 1 ( 2200m) to Sapa

 After the last breakfast in the mountain, take another way to go down to the foot of Mount where to visit and get understandings of the lifestyles, the traditional customs of the people in a village of the Black H’mong called SinChai, then take bus back to Sapa (18 km by bus). Lunch and check in hotel.

 Day 4 : Sapa – Laocai – Hanoi ( Overnight on the train ) (B, L, D)

It takes almost 2 hours to get to MuongHum – a small & traditional market situated among ethnic villages. The market deeply shows the typical cultural features ofVietnam’s remote areas. Leave the market and transfer to Sapa. On the way, spend time visiting a cave called MuongVy or “ThuyTien” , visiting a village of the Black H’mong and then reach Sapa and check in hotel. Lunch in Muong Hum and dinner in Sapa. Overnight at hotel.

 Day 3 : Sapa – Laochai – TaVan Village ( B, L, D)6 hours trekking, 15 km, 3 villages.

The market is the chance for the minorities to meet and share joy and sorrows after the crops, to exchange one another’s experience. Say goodbye to the market and get down onto a boat along Chay river. You are bound to feel great and find yourselves smaller among high rock mountains and to be surprised at white and breathtakingly waterfalls. TheFairyCaveis located deeply in the rocks. Get off the boat to visit a village of the Tay Minority (TrungDo village) by the river. After the boat trip, visit a small town – BaoNhai and then take jeep back to Laocai Station for the night train toHanoi. Have dinner before getting on the train.

After visitting Giang ta chai village, get down to the river, cross it and keep going to SuPan village for 2 minorities – The H’mong and the Red Dzao. . Get off the road to go down hill to BanHo village. Overnight at Ban Ho with a Tay family who have houses on stilts. Picnic lunch on the way and dinner at the family.

 Day 4 : BanHo -Thanh Phu ( 7 hours trekking, 15 km, 3 villages )

 Get up early in the morning for fresh air and peaceful daily life of the people. Breakfast and leave the village for a hard day. Walk uphill to a smallest and almost untouched village of the Red Dzao (Namtoong). Go further to another village on the same side of of the mountain range to see the XaPho ethnic group in NamKen. Get down to the river and go up to MiSon to visit the XaPho again. Spend the night in ThanhPhu village at a Tay family. Picnic lunch on the way and dinner with the local family.

 Day 5 : Thanh Phu – Sapa ( 12 km with 4 hours trekking and 23 km by jeep )

 Breakfast at ThanhPhu village. Walk back to SuPan village where to take a jeep back to Sapa. On the way back, visit the ancient stone circle (stones decorated with ancient carvings which are said to have described the life of the people lost in the mists of prehistory) Check in hotel. Lunch at SuPan and dinner in Sapa.

 Day 6 : Cat cat – Laocai and back to Hanoi:

 Breakfast, visit village of the black H’mong (Catcat), walk around visiting people in the village and the hydroelectric power station built by the French in the old days. Back town have lunch and check out hotel, free to explore the town until take bus to get to Laocai Station for the night train back to Hanoi.

Day 4 : BanHo -Sapa 3 hours trekking of 7 km and 23 km by jeep.

Breakfast with the family and leave the village for a waterfall discovered by French people. Enjoy the view, swimming and return to BanHo to visit the people in the village. Say goodbye to the family and get up to the main road where to take a jeep back to Sapa. Lunch on the way and dinner in Sapa. Overnight in hotel.

Day 5 : Sapa – Laocai Station – Hanoi.

Breakfast, free to explore the town in the morning. Check out hotel. Lunch and leave Sapa in the afternoon for Laocai by bus. Take the night train to Hanoi and have dinner on the train.

Arrive in Hanoi around 5.00 AM. The end of the tour.

Night 1 : Hanoi -Laocai ( Overnight on the train )

8h30pm Our Tour Guide’s taxi take you from your hotel in Hanoi to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train at at 9:30 PM to get to Laocai Station. Sleep on the train.(4 people/cabin or 2 people/cabin on request).

 Day 2 : Laocai -Sapa – Laochai – Tavan Village

Picked up at Laocai Station early in the morning by our bus. Arrive at Sapa round 8:00 AM; Breakfast start at 10h30am to get to Laochai village. Enjoy the overall pictures of the villages among terraces. Visit the H’mong living in wooden and bamboo houses. Continue going to Tavan village to visit the Dzay minority. Stay the night in Tavan village at a Dzay family. Picnic lunch on the way and dinner at the home-stay.

Day 3 : TaVan -GiangTaChai ( 5 hours trekking, 14 km, 2 villages.)

Get up early in the morning to enjoy the daily life of the ethnic minorities in the village. Breakfast; take the road to GiangTaChai village of the Red Dzao minority via the paths between terraces and through bamboo forests. Visit silver waterfall and suspensionRattanBridge, visit the people in the village and then crossMuongHoaRiverup to the mountain to visit the last village of the trek – Supan village of the H’mong. Get back to Sapa by jeep. On the way back, enjoy visiting the ancient stone circle where stones are decorated with ancient carvings. Check in hotel.

Day 4 : Catcat – Laocai – Hanoi. ( Overnight on the train )

Breakfast, visit village of the black H’mong (Catcat), walk around visiting people in the village and the hydroelectric power station built by the French in the old days. Back town have lunch and check out hotel, free to explore the town until take bus to get to Laocai Station for the night train back toHanoi.

Arrive in Hanoi around 5.00 AM. The end of the tour.
